Forgive gracefully and as soon as possible, when unable to do so, distance yourself mentally from the situation, then engage in experiences worthy of your time.
@TGB & travis - true! it really takes a good mindset to practice the art of detachment, i don't know pero for me, i can easily detach myself in times like this, i have my ways, ika nga :)
All I can say is it takes a good mindset to do that.. but what you said, it's true.
